What if there is a discrepancy in my order?


Is there a problem with your order?

At Mass Supply, we endeavour to ensure orders are packed correctly.

On the odd occasion that there should any discrepancies (including damages or faulty garments) between the Purchase Order, Tax Invoice or Delivery Note and what is packed in the box/packet, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Failure to inform us will result in the claim being dismissed.

Should the goods be delivered to a 3rd party on your request, it is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated 3rd party informs you or us of any discrepancies or damages within 24 hours of receiving the delivery in order to avoid the claim being dismissed.
