Trading Terms & Conditions
1. All prices exclude VAT, branding and delivery.
2. Orders must be placed by way of email, online ordering or Whatsapp. Each order must state the full details and description of the products required - the product code, quantity, sizes and colours.
3. Deliveries are subject to stock availability.
4. No goods will be dispatched unless full payment is received and verified in our bank account, immediate EFT payments are suggested.
6. All goods remain the property of The Brand Factor until accounts have been paid for in full.
7. No returns will be accepted with printing, branding or embroidery on the items. Please ensure that you have checked the item to your satisfaction before proceeding.
8. Please note: Dark coloured garments with a cotton content are not suitable for applications where the garment is exposed to excessive sunlight and-or perspiration, as this will result in fading.
9. All prices are subject to change without prior notification and are subject to Rand-Dollar fluctuations.
10. Should there be any discrepancies (including damages or faulty garments) between the Customer Purchase Order, Tax Invoice or Delivery Note and what is packed in the box-packet, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to inform us will result in the claim being dismissed. Should the goods be delivered to a 3rd party on your request, it is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated 3rd party informs you or us of any discrepancies or damages within 24 hours of receiving the delivery in order to avoid the claim being dismissed.
Returns Policy
1. Goods may be returned within 10 days from the date received provided they are:
· Returned in the same condition and packaging as they were when purchased.
· Returned at the customer’s cost.
· Returned with pockets if pockets were supplied with the garments.
· Returned with swing tickets attached and the item should not be worn or used.
· Accompanied by an original (or Copy) of the Tax Invoice for a return to be processed.
2. Returns cannot be refunded in cash. An Electronic Fund Transfer will be processed instead, alternatively your account can be credited. Refunds take 14 days to reflect in the buyer’s account.
3. Products returned due to faulty workmanship or material will be accepted within 6 months of the date of purchase provided that:
- You agree to keep the ‘defective’ product in its original condition for us to inspect and run laboratory tests.
- You agree to provide us with information on how the ‘defective’ product has been used.
4. We have the right to refuse this return should we find this product has been misused, abused, modified or used unsuitably.
5. We reserve the right to repair the product.
6. Returns are subject to our standard terms and conditions as above.
